This free, hands-on class teaches practical first aid skills for common indoor & outdoor injuries and emergencies. You’ll gain the confidence to respond until we arrive and learn how to help us find you more quickly when you’re off the beaten path.
You’ll learn how to:
✔️ Respond to falls, sprains, fractures, bleeding, burns, and other common injuries
✔️ Build and carry a simple trail first aid kit
✔️ Using your smartphone and emergency apps to aid your rescue
✔️ Know when to call 911 and what information dispatchers need
✔️ Care for someone safely until we arrive
